Try our essential oils to help add balance, support your well being, and contribute to your inner harmony.

What are essential oils? They are the aromatic essences of plants. Many plants are needed to produce just one ounce of oil, from six pounds of lavender up to 300 pounds of rose petals. Each plant has specific characteristics that can be linked with endocrine glands in the brain. The plant’s odor can stimulate specific body functions. Lavender has a soporific effect while Rosemary is very stimulating. Adding a few drops to your bath will relax or wake you up depending on the oils of your choice. Adding a few drops of Eucalyptus in a bowl of hot water, and draping a towel over your head and sniffing the aroma will decongest the sinuses.

Because their active elements are so powerful, only a few drops suffice and it is recommended that pure essential oils are not used directly on the skin in their pure form. Please dilute your oils in jojoba or olive oil first.

As an antibacterial and antiseptic, essential oils inhibit growth of bacteria. As an anti-inflammatory, essential oils help to reduce swelling. As an analgesic, essential oils help to reduce pain.

Pure essential oils are extracts of many parts of plants. The flower, leaf, blossom, petal, resin, tree, bark, root, twig, seed berries, rind and rhizome. They are used to calm, balance, and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. They are 75-100 times more concentrated than dried herbs. All essential oils exhibit the following characteristics; antiseptic, bacteriostatic ,and cytophylactic...promoting cell regeneration when applied to the skin. Essential oils are truly special because they are the gems of nature, the force of natural, organic substances, carefully extracted from the essences of naturally aromatic plant parts.
